Policies & Client Information
Appointments & Cancellations
We strive to provide timely care to all our clients. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a late cancellation fee. Consistent attendance is crucial for the success of your treatment plan.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy is of the utmost importance. We adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations regarding the confidentiality of your health information. Records are only released with your explicit written consent, except where required by law (e.g., in cases of immediate danger to self or others, or suspected abuse of children or vulnerable adults).
Communication & Emergencies
Non-urgent communication should be handled through our secure patient portal. Please note that we are not a crisis center. In the event of a psychiatric emergency or life-threatening situation, please call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room. You may also contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline by dialing 988.
Telehealth & Virtual Visits
Virtual visits are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms to protect your privacy. To participate in telehealth, you must be physically located in the state where your provider is licensed at the time of the session. Please ensure you have a private, quiet space and a stable internet connection for your virtual appointments.
Payment & Insurance
Payment is expected at the time of service. Our clinic operates on a private-pay basis to ensure the highest quality of individualized care. While we are an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans, we can provide you with a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
